We connect homeowners with local contractors. That is all we do. We are not a contractor, we do not send our own crews, and we do not inspect, repair, price or warranty any work.
How it works
- You call or send the form with a short description of the problem and your ZIP code.
- We pass your request to a local contractor who handles that type of work in your area.
- The contractor contacts you, looks at the problem and gives you a quote.
- You decide whether to hire them. There is no cost to you for the referral and no obligation to hire anyone.
How we are paid
Our service is free for homeowners. Contractors pay us for the referrals they receive. Because of that, we may send your request to a contractor who works with us, rather than to every contractor in town.
Before you hire anyone
Whoever you hire, check them yourself. Kentucky doesn't license roofers at the state level, so ask for proof of general liability insurance and, if they have employees, workers' comp, look at reviews, ask for references, and get the scope, price and any warranty in writing before work starts. In Southern Indiana, licensing varies from community to community, so check with your city or county.
